Popeska's inspiration for the project:

"With this EP, I really couldn't care less if I made $.00001 off of it. Instead, I decided to use my music and network to do something not for me but for others.

I picked the Atlanta Music Project to donate to as I owe all my life and happiness right now to my musical education as a child, and I'd love every student to be able to get a chance at the same simple and profound joy that music brings. I like the idea of people being watched over by people that they don't even know the names of. I really want to give opportunities and happiness to people and I like that these people will never even know it because it makes me feel like there are people out there doing the same for me. A big world full of everyone watching out for everyone else."
